Our team stands firmly, committed to serving Missouri doulas and communities, and doulas across the nation. Doula Self-Care Workshop

Tuesday January 27, 2026, 6-7:30pm.

This 1.5-hour workshop offers doulas a reflective and practical space to explore self-care as an ethical and spiritual imperative in birth work. Participants will examine common sources of burnout and vicarious trauma, and be introduced to trauma-informed, culturally respectful self-care strategies that support emotional, physical, and spiritual sustainability.

The session encourages participants to reconnect with their purpose and develop a personalized self-care plan rooted in compassion, boundaries, and balance.
